Materials used:
Cotton was used for the hat as well as the black embroidered "hatband". The flowers are decorative toothpicks I found in Chinatown.

Special Techniques:
This hat was knit just like a full size hat, only smaller. The horse is a Breyer, standing about 6" at the shoulder.
