Getting dressed for an emergency visit to the Vet. Little Penny has some damned digestive problem, I hope it's not colitis again. I had a chihuahua with that for 10 years, it's very tough to manage. She hasn't eaten or drunk anything in 2 days, and is getting dehydrated. She's skinny and only 6 lbs to begin with. Shit!
UPDATE: It cost $75. to find out Miss Penny is playing me like a violin. She's totally healthy. The vet says she'll eat when she's hungry enough. I've heard this before, but...so all is ok. 3.30.2005

I want to keep track of what's going on. I make no promises re: any knitting content. I'm moving to a beautiful new apt. and am packing up my studio for a while anyway. Pictures of the new place within a week or so. It's a big 2 bedroom garden apartment in a huge old limestone house in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. It has a rose garden in the backyard, which my kitchen opens up right into. I'm pretty happy these days. Going to jettison huge piles of possessions during the packing process. I will be getting rid of some yarn, I'm sure. Stay tuned for opportunities to snag it if you live in Brooklyn. I got a new dog a week ago, Ha'Penny. I love her, Murphy loves her, Kitty doesn't love her. First item outta here, from the equipment dept: A vintage manual {handcranked} Hague Linker in excellent shape, however, it needs fine adjustment, as it skips some stitches.
